Initiate Your Return
Log in to your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Place the product in its original packaging including all manuals, mounting hardware, and cables to ensure a full refund to your original payment method.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any previous shipping labels are covered.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned device, we will process your refund within 7 to 10 business days.
